The badge is issued by the European project consortium of the Job Bridge project. The project developed a fully-fledged user-centred approach for validating non-formal and informal learning processes in volunteering activities.

Criteria

Completion of the Job Bridge blended learning course consisting of five modules 

  1. Volunteering as a means to increase job readiness
  2. Competence-oriented learning in volunteering
  3. Validation and link to the labour market
  4. Validation of competence developments
  5. Practical implementation in learning projects
  • Users must complete the course"Job Bridge Course"
